Pool Maintenance Technician

Location: Middle & South Georgia

West Lawn & Pools, LLC is a well-established, growing full-service swimming pool company proudly serving Middle and South Georgia. We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Pool Maintenance Technician.

Position Overview:

As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will service residential pools, maintain proper water chemistry, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure each customer receives top-quality service. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and strong customer interaction skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Dependable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Stable work history

Experience in pool maintenance is preferred but not required. If you have solid mechanical skills and the drive to learn, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

All candidates must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening.
